Start with the staff

All About Thriving can help you create opportunities for staff to thrive at work through staff briefings (webinars or twilights to introduce staff to some ideas), INSETS (providing an opportunity to develop skills), training of key staff to support a whole school approach and running sessions with parents on how they can support thriving at home.

This approach works particularly well when combined with the development of the senior leaders who play such a critical role in creating a thriving environment.
